The Walking Challenge is an easy no-fuss way to motivate, educate and inspire healthy change in your workplace. Calastica can co-ordinate your staff into teams where they will be given pedometers that they will be asked to wear each day for one month.

The aim is to walk 10,000 steps as part of a daily routine in order to positively improve overall health and wellbeing. This challenge is great for team bonding as well as for increasing awareness of the health benefits of incidental exercise.
